We guarantee sending you non faulty products.
If your package is damaged during shipment, please contact the courier service to make claims.
Read the care instructions below! We can detect damages caused by improper washing. We will not accept any claim or complaint regarding this type of damage.

EXCEPTION: a change of heart

Everything here is handmade, and nothing handmade can be 100% alike. If turns out you don't like what you have ordered, purchased items can be returned and exchanged with other item(s) of the same value within 24 hours after you received your package. Make sure the items you want to return are in good condition, we cannot accept otherwise.

Care Instructions

Please read carefully before washing your goods

All of our fabrics and yarns are dyed using natural ingredients. Please pay attention to our specific washing/handling instructions to avoid any damages to your products.

Wash with batik soap, shampoo, or regular soap with low pH level
Do not use bleach, ever!
Do not use natural/organic soap (e.g. goat milk soap)
Avoid acidic and alcoholic liquid (e.g. high concentrated perfume)
Avoid direct contact with sunlight when drying because it might cause the color to fade unevenly

We are confident in the quality of our mordanting process. However, our natural dye will last even longer if accompanied by proper handling.

*Dye residue may leave colored stains on your hands or other fabrics during early use, but they are not permanent.
